Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Platforms to lead global infrastructure services, cloud migrations, and security controls. You will direct a diverse team of professionals, deliver measurable outcomes, and ensure alignment with business strategy and compliance requirements.

The role emphasizes enterprise networking, identity platforms, endpoint management, and robust governance across regions, with a strong focus on cost optimization and service reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 12 years of relevant infrastructure experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience managing a department or multiple infrastructure disciplines, including experienced technical professionals and/or subordinate managers.

Responsibilities

• Establish departmental objectives, operating procedures, work plans, delivery priorities, and performance expectations in line with IT strategy.
• Translate approved infrastructure roadmaps into operational plans, resource assignments, schedules, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage the reliable and secure delivery of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, data center and hosting services, identity platforms, endpoint management, collaboration infrastructure, and server services.
• Monitor service availability, capacity, performance, supportability, and lifecycle risk; implement corrective actions.
• Plan and deliver cloud migrations, platform upgrades, and infrastructure rationalization while ensuring security and compliance.
• Oversee network architecture across SD-WAN, routing/switching, firewalls, and hybrid cloud networking.
• Lead endpoint, identity, and security platforms delivery including Entra ID, AD, Intune, and Defender.
• Manage departmental budgets, suppliers, contracts, and cost optimization; improve ServiceNow workflows.
