Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Platforms to drive the global infrastructure and platform services. You will lead diverse teams, manage budgets, and align technology with business strategy to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable services across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced technical knowledge, and the ability to translate strategic IT plans into concrete actions that improve performance and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant infrastructure experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience delivering complex infrastructure projects within budget and governance parameters.
• Broad knowledge across enterprise networking, cloud, identity, endpoint management, and IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead departmental objectives, operating plans, and budget allocations.
• Translate roadmaps into actionable operational plans and milestones.
• Oversee delivery of enterprise networking, cloud, data center, identity, endpoint, and collaboration services.
• Ensure security, compliance, and risk management across infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Security, Architecture, and senior stakeholders to drive improvements.
