Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Platforms to lead our global infrastructure and platform services. You will manage cloud infrastructure, enterprise networking, identity services, endpoint management, and server hosting, ensuring security, reliability, and cost efficiency across regions.

This role combines people leadership with strong technical depth, delivering major projects, aligning with IT strategy, and collaborating with Security and application teams to sustain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 12 years of relevant infrastructure experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 8 years with a Master's) or equivalent.
• Experience managing a department or multiple infrastructure disciplines including managers.
• Experience delivering complex infrastructure projects within budget and governance.
• Broad knowledge across enterprise networking, cloud platforms, identity services, endpoint management, infrastructure security, and IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead departmental objectives, procedures, work plans, and performance expectations in line with IT strategy.
• Oversee delivery of networking, cloud, data center, identity, endpoint, collaboration, and server services.
• Plan cloud migrations, platform upgrades, and hosting rationalization.
• Review designs to ensure security, compliance, and operational readiness.
• Manage budgets and relationships with providers and vendors.
