The ideal candidate has 10+ years in large-scale data centers, strong Linux/Unix experience, and a track record of delivering globally scalable infrastructure projects. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of technical experience in large-scale data centers or IT infrastructure.
• Experience building globally scalable solutions and translating initiatives into local projects.

Responsibilities

• Represent Site Operations in defining and architecting new global solutions.
• Assemble and lead teams to address complex engineering challenges across time zones.
• Mentor in design, operation, and troubleshooting of Site Operations tools and processes.
• Understand risks with new hardware and data center tech and implement mitigations.
• Lead global projects and communicate with stakeholders to ensure delivery.
