Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical experience in large-scale data center or IT infrastructure environments.
• Experience building globally scalable solutions and translating global initiatives into local projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and architect global infrastructure initiatives with stakeholders across Infra Data Centers & Infrastructure teams.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional teams to tackle complex engineering challenges.
• Mentor and act as SME for tools, technologies, and processes in Site Operations.
• Assess risks of new hardware, data center and software technologies and define mitigations.
• Balance physical and logical layers in full infrastructure stacks.
• Communicate design, implementation, and delivery of projects to global teams and partners.
• Apply data-driven methods to plan, execute, and measure progress.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration across time zones.
