Job summary

R. Stahl Group is seeking a marketing leader to develop and execute strategies that extend our reach across the Americas, connecting products and solutions to customer applications, new market opportunities, and sales channels.

You will translate technical specifications into customer-focused messaging, brochures, website content, and campaigns while collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales to support growth and market leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, automation, or related sectors.
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Experience working in a global environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple marketing projects and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common marketing/digital tools.
• Ability to understand technical information and communicate it effectively to a non-technical audience.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with sales and business objectives.
• Identify target markets, customer segments, industry trends, and opportunities for growth.
• Develop marketing plans for new and existing products, markets, and customer segments.
• Monitor marketing performance and make recommendations based on data and market feedback.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
• Work with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales to translate technical product information into messaging and collateral.
• Support new product introductions and product lifecycle communications.
• Maintain up-to-date product information and marketing collateral.
• Partner with Sales to develop materials that support customer acquisition and sales efforts.
• Develop lead-generation programs and campaigns to support the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate marketing communications with distributors, representatives, customers, and strategic partners.
• Track marketing-generated leads and collaborate with Sales to measure ROI.
• Plan and coordinate participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and events.
• Coordinate booth design, promotional materials, displays, and event logistics.
• Work with Sales to identify and follow up on leads from events.
• Evaluate ROI of trade shows and marketing events.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Develop internal and external communications supporting company initiatives.
