Job summary
ST Engineering seeks an Assistant/Manager, International Business and Marketing to drive growth across global defence aerospace markets. You will lead strategic development, manage key stakeholders, shape marketing positioning, and oversee bids and partnerships to win major international contracts.
You will coordinate with engineering, operations, and legal teams, travel as required, and represent the company at global defence events to advance strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in securing large-scale international contracts.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Development: Develop and execute international growth strategies aligned with Defence Aerospace objectives.
- Account & Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain relationships with OEMs and partners; represent ST Engineering at exhibitions.
- Marketing & Positioning: Lead international marketing strategies, including brand positioning and digital campaigns.
- Capture & Proposal Leadership: Direct bid and proposal activities for high-value international tenders; coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Partnerships & Alliances: Develop partnerships with OEMs and system integrators; support localization strategies.
