Job summary

Eaton’s Senior Strategy & Business Development Manager – Global Industrial Segment will lead high-priority growth initiatives, assess new industry spaces, and evaluate market entry options across geographies. This hybrid role partners with Electrical Sector leadership, business units, Strategy and Corporate Development to drive long-range growth and profitability.

You will develop business cases, manage acquisition pipelines, and support cross-functional teams through strategic planning,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in strategy-related roles.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience using strategic frameworks and analyses.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in energy or with industrial customers.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning efforts for Electrical Sector and Divisions.
• Identify growth opportunities with segment and business leadership teams.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of target markets, Eaton’s Electrical Sector business, and competitors.
• Create formal Strategic Plan documents for Divisions and the Electrical Sector.
• Coordinate SCD and Division activity to develop a common view on deal models and rationale.
• Prepare a complete business case with robust strategic and financial analyses.
• Support acquisition pipeline development and evaluation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field

Master’s degree in Business Administration
