Job summary

Lime, the leading global shared micromobility company, seeks a Global Indirect Sourcing Manager to drive contract negotiations, optimize vendor relationships, and ensure policy compliance across Professional Services, HR and Marketing categories. You will own a category, report to the Sr.

Strategic Sourcing Manager, and shape procurement strategy to fuel Lime's growth. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, risk management and coaching junior staff in negotiations, with a US-based location

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of indirect sourcing experience across multiple global categories.
• Proven track record of driving cost savings and managing complex sourcing activities.
• Experience with RFQ/RFP processes and managing spend > $100M in indirect sourcing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Vendor Sourcing: identify and engage suppliers aligned with objectives.
• Advanced Contract Negotiations: secure favorable terms and minimize risk.
• Cost Optimization: develop strategies to reduce procurement spend.
• Supplier Relationship Management: build and support strategic supplier relationships.
• Procurement Strategy Development: assist in strategy development for growth.
• Risk Management: identify and mitigate procurement risks to ensure continuity.
• Data-Driven Insights: analyze data to support strategic decisions.
• Cross-Functional Partnerships: work with finance, legal, operations and others.
• Compliance and Governance: ensure documentation and regulatory adherence.
• Coaching and Development: mentor junior staff on negotiations.
