Job summary

Lime is seeking an experienced indirect sourcing professional to align vendor strategies with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals. This role oversees multiple global categories and drives cost efficiency.

You will lead RFQ/RFP processes, conduct advanced contract negotiations, and manage supplier relationships to minimize risk and maximize performance across a spend portfolio well over $100M.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of indirect sourcing experience with multiple global categories and 6+ years in related field.
• Proven track record driving cost savings, managing RFQ/RFP processes, and overseeing spend over $100M.
• Strong contract redline review and financial analytical skills.
