Job summary

Lyft is seeking an experienced Indirect Global Supply Manager to join our Global Supply Chain Team. You will develop and execute long-term category strategies for indirect spend across Safety, Customer Care, People, and Contingent Workforce portfolios, driving cost savings and supplier excellence.

You will lead end-to-end procurement, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional partners. The role is hybrid, in-office three days per week in New York.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Certifications CSCP or CPM may be advantageous.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing focusing on indirect categories.
• Experience with procurement technology platforms (Oracle, Zip), advanced analytics tools, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term Category Strategies for managed categories to achieve cost optimization and supplier health.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strategy using data analytics.
• Lead end-to-end procurement process: market analysis, RFx, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Perform pricing and cost analysis using Excel to quantify savings opportunities.
• Implement SRM programs and KPIs to drive performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align needs with budgets.
