Job summary

Lime, the world’s largest shared micromobility company, seeks a Global Indirect Sourcing Manager based in the United States. You will own strategic vendor sourcing across key categories, negotiate complex contracts, and drive cost reductions while strengthening supplier partnerships.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration with finance, legal, operations and HR to develop procurement strategies that scale with Lime’s growth.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in indirect sourcing managing multiple global categories.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience conducting RFQ/RFP processes and managing spend in excess of $100M in indirect sourcing is a plus.
• Strong contract redline review knowledge and financial analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic vendor sourcing across global suppliers.
• Lead complex contract negotiations and minimize risk.
• Develop procurement strategies to support growth and competitive advantage.
• Drive cost optimization and savings initiatives.
• Establish and support strategic supplier relationships across key categories.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, operations and other departments to align procurement strategies with business goals.
• Coach and develop junior staff to support negotiations and category management.
