Aurora is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Supply Management - Strategic Sourcing in Mountain View, CA, to lead direct spend categories including hardware, sensors, and contract manufacturing. You will build a high-performing team, shape commercial strategy, and ensure cost discipline and supply continuity across functions.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in global supply management with strong analytics, negotiation skills, and a track record of leadership in fast-paced tech environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 15+ years in strategic sourcing or global supply management focusing on direct categories.
• 8+ years of people management experience.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience negotiating complex supply agreements and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct spend category strategy across hardware, sensors, components, and manufacturing.
• Build and mentor a team of Global Supply Managers.
• Negotiate supplier agreements, LTAs, and NRE contracts.
• Perform should-cost and TCO analyses to guide decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure supply continuity.
