Google is seeking a Global Incentives Manager to lead an end-to-end incentive program, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Accounting to maximize ROI and reduce seller friction. You will tailor programs for growth in video, measurement, and search across regional agency networks.

You will collaborate with Regional teams to scale programs globally, build collateral, and drive adoption while balancing multi-region needs and partner relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
• Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end operational design for the Incentives program (e.g. ATF), driving co-innovation across growth areas like video, measurement and search.
• Establish operational guardrails, define frameworks to measure partner ROI, and deliver collateral and playbooks that accelerate program adoption.
• Refine incentive deployment to minimize friction for internal sales leads and external agency teams.
• Lead alignment across Finance, Legal, and Accounting—while working with large customer sales and GTM to activate program strategy globally.
• Translate regional agency needs into unified operational frameworks, scaling incentive programs across Google’s top agency partners.
