You will work with cross-functional teams to simulate changes, assess ROI, and automate insights using Python, SQL, and Tableau. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a highly quantitative field such as Data Science, CS, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics.
• 3+ years in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or technical quantitative analysis.
• Proficiency in Python (or R) for data manipulation and modeling.
• Advanced SQL/Snowflake skills for complex queries and optimization.
• Experience building automated dashboards in Tableau or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy scientific and predictive models to simulate compensation changes.
• Perform deep-dive analytics to evaluate ROI of incentive programs.
• Develop data pipelines in SQL and Python to automate insights.
• Partner with GTM teams to translate models into actionable recommendations.
