Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Lead, Logistics (Outbound) to own day-to-day execution and strategy for outbound shipping supporting satellite manufacturing and ground infrastructure programs.

You will manage material flow, ensure on-time delivery, drive carrier performance, and collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Quality to resolve issues in real time. The role emphasizes cost reduction, process improvements, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in inbound/outbound shipping, fulfillment or transportation in manufacturing or production.
• 3+ years overseeing carrier performance, on-time delivery and KPIs.
• 3+ years of people management leading logistics or shipping teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable logistics and fulfillment solutions aligned to program objectives.
• Manage daily inbound and outbound shipping to support satellite manufacturing and ground infrastructure production.
• Oversee carrier performance and on-time delivery metrics; drive corrective actions when targets are missed.
