Job summary

True Religion, located in El Segundo, CA, seeks an Import Logistics Coordinator to own end-to-end visibility of inbound international shipments destined for North America under the DDP model. You will coordinate with overseas factories and logistics partners to meet timelines and maintain accurate documentation for wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels.

Qualifications

• Experience with international logistics and import operations.
• Understanding of DDP, DDU/DAP, FOB, CIF Incoterms.
• Experience coordinating with overseas factories and third-party logistics providers.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end shipment visibility for all inbound DDP shipments to U.S. distribution centers.
• Coordinate with overseas factories for accurate shipment information and ETAs.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders and brokers to maintain timelines and escalate risks.
• Track milestones and communicate risks to stakeholders before delays occur.
• Maintain Looker-based shipment milestones for visibility across teams.
• Review documentation for completeness and accurate customs status.
