You will coordinate with 4PL teams in Asia and Mexico, manage FTZ and LATAM shipments, and drive cost-efficient, compliant operations while representing Logitech’s brand. Qualifications

• 8+ years of global logistics or transportation management experience.
• Experience in US & LATAM inbound logistics and FTZ procedures.
• Proven end-to-end logistics control tower leadership.
• Strong analytics with dashboards and data-driven decisions.
• Budget management and landed cost modeling experience.
• Ability to work in a Dallas-based hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound logistics into AMR FTZ and LATAM DCs with strict trade compliance.
• Perform practical analytics using Asana, AI tools, and Power BI to improve ETA and network performance.
• Lead SOW reviews with Freight Forwarders; represent Logitech inbound logistics to suppliers and 3PL/4PL partners.
• Coordinate with 4PL/3PL and DC teams to align inbound plans and mitigate disruptions.
• Design escalation/remediation processes for in-transit issues and cargo discrepancies.
• Drive inbound optimization projects to reduce lead times and landed costs using project tools.
