This role carries direct responsibility for high-complexity regions, specifically 2 AMR FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) DCs and 3 LATAM DCs, managing necessary changes in logistics operations following trade compliance policy adjustments, importation complexity, and destination container security.
Working closely with our 4PL control tower teams in Asia and Mexico and 3PL partners globally, you will serve as the primary escalation point for internal and external stakeholders, building robust cross-functional trust and credibility across our end-to-end supply chain network. The ideal candidate seamlessly balances deep, hands-on operational execution in US and LATAM inbound processes with acting as a confident ambassador and representative for Logitech-balancing service quality and cost efficiency, upholding compliance and process integrity, and continuously driving operational excellence for all inbound containers into global DCs.

Cultivate trust, influence, and peer credibility through strong execution and deep domain expertise.
- Risk & Exception Management: Design and enforce strict escalation and remediation processes for any operation disruptions, like critical in-transit issues, including severe delays, missing seals, theft cases, or severe cargo discrepancies requiring documentation revisions for Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) receipts. Maintain cargo security frameworks and risk mitigation strategies across all active transportation networks.
- Project Execution & Process Innovation: Lead inbound supply chain optimization initiatives (network design, lead time reduction, container utilization, and landed cost control) to maximize operational efficiency and achieve cost targets.
