Job summary

Logitech seeks a Lead, Inbound Destination Operations for its Dallas area hybrid work model. You will oversee inbound logistics into FTZ DCs and LATAM DCs, drive trade compliance, and coordinate with global control towers and 4PL/3PL partners.

You will translate data into actionable strategies using Power BI, manage SOWs, and lead cost optimization projects while maintaining high service levels and security across global inbound networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in global logistics or transportation management, with extensive hands-on expertise in US & LATAM inbound logistics operations, FTZ procedures, customs/trade compliance.
• Proven experience operating within or leading an end-to-end logistics control tower.
• Deep expertise with the Global logistics market, including carrier networks, customs, and regulatory landscapes.
• Strong data analysis capabilities with dashboards/reports (e.g., Asana) and data-driven decision making.
• Track record of mid- and long-term process optimization and CIP initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership, ownership, and accountability without direct reports.
• Excellent stakeholder management across internal and external partners; strong brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound logistics operations into AMR FTZ DCs and LATAM DCs with strict trade compliance.
• Lead practical business analysis to translate logistics data into actionable strategies using analytics and dashboards.
• Represent Logitech in reviewing and updating SOWs with freight forwarders and external partners.
• Collaborate with 4PL/3PL, DCs, Global CSC, Trade Compliance, and Logistics Procurement to align inbound plans.
• Design escalation/remediation processes for disruptions and maintain cargo security frameworks.
• Lead inbound optimization initiatives (lead times, container utilization, landed cost) and track milestones in project tools.
