Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in global logistics or transportation management with US & LATAM inbound logistics, FTZ procedures, and customs/trade compliance.
• Proven experience operating within or leading an end-to-end logistics control tower.
• Deep expertise and hands-on operational experience with the global logistics market, including carrier networks, customs, and regulatory landscapes.
• Strong hands-on business analysis with dashboards/reports (e.g., Asana) and data-driven problem solving.
• Track record of mid-/long-term process optimization and CIP initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership and ownership without direct reports.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, representing Logitech with external partners.
• Budget management, landed cost modeling, and freight audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound logistics into AMR FTZ DCs and LATAM DCs with adherence to trade compliance and container security; coordinate with 4PL control tower teams.
• Perform hands-on business analysis, translate data into actionable strategies, and use analytics to evaluate network performance and ETA accuracy.
• Review and update international freight SOWs; represent Logitech Inbound Logistics with suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PL/4PL partners; drive scorecards and SLAs.
• Partner with 4PL/3PL, DC warehousing, Global CSC, Trade Compliance, and Logistics Procurement to align inbound plans and mitigate disruptions.
• Design escalation/remediation processes for disruptions and FTZ receipts; maintain cargo security frameworks.
• Lead inbound supply chain optimization initiatives (network design, lead times, container utilization, landed cost) using tools like Asana.
