Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in global logistics or transportation management, with US & LATAM inbound ops.
• Experience leading end-to-end logistics control towers.
• Proficiency with dashboards/reports (Asana, Power BI) and data-driven decision making.
• Strong ownership and accountability for operational success.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & Control Tower Operations: Oversee inbound logistics operations into AMR FTZ DCs and LATAM DCs, ensuring strict adherence to trade compliance, importation rules, and destination container security standards.
• Practical Business Analysis & Analytics: Perform hands-on analysis to translate data into actionable strategies; leverage analytics to evaluate network performance, improve ETA accuracy, and support decisions.
• Partner & Stakeholder Representation: Update SOW documents and represent Logitech Inbound Logistics with suppliers, 3PL/4PL partners, and DC warehouse management partners; drive vendor performance evaluations and SLA compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership: Align inbound plans with 4PL/3PL, DC, Global CSC, Trade Compliance, and Logistics Procurement.
• Risk & Exception Management: Design escalation/remediation processes for disruptions and maintain cargo security frameworks.
• Project Execution & Process Innovation: Lead inbound optimization initiatives and use tools like Asana to track milestones.
