Job summary

Lanteris Space Systems, a subsidiary of Intuitive Machines, seeks an Import & Export Logistics Lead to guide global supply chain compliance and efficiency. You will coordinate shipments, manage documentation, and serve as a subject matter expert for cross-functional teams across the globe.

The role supports a hybrid work model in the Bay Area or remote work, with focus on HTS classifications, Incoterms, and travel as needed. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, International Business, Logistics, or related field; four additional years of experience may substitute for a degree.
• 10+ years of experience in import/export, international logistics, or freight forwarding; candidate will lead regulatory/compliance activities.
• Experience with customs regulations, Incoterms, and international shipping procedures.
• Experience with trade documentation and customs brokerage processes.
• Flexibility in work hours; up to 10% domestic travel to support U.S. locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate international inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams.
• Serve as subject matter expert and escalation point for import/export, customs, and international transportation.
• Prepare and oversee shipping documents: invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, AES filings, certificates of origin.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, trade laws, export controls, and company policies.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, routing guides, and standardized import/export processes.
