Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with overseas offices, vendors, and shippers to manage import documentation.
• Negotiate freight costs to secure best pricing.
• Follow SOPs and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Stay informed about customs regulations, tariffs, and compliance.
• Validate and upload shipping documents into NetSuite.
• Verify correct HTS codes and duty rates are applied.
• Generate shipping reports to track freight data.
• Coordinate with customs brokers for ISF, clearance, and release.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
