Job summary

Trove Brands is seeking an Imports Coordinator to coordinate and oversee the shipping of containers and air freight from manufacturers to final destinations. The role aims to ensure competitive pricing, timely deliveries, and strict compliance with international shipping regulations, while building strong partnerships with freight forwarders.

The ideal candidate will monitor shipping KPIs, manage landed costs in the ERP, investigate disruptions, and drive continuous improvement across customs,

Responsibilities

• Coordinate container and air freight shipments, ensuring timely bookings and accurate ship details.
• Monitor and report on KPIs; manage landed costs and PO releases in ERP.
• Audit freight invoices and optimize freight forwarder performance.
• Assist with customs compliance and export operations with international partners.
• Coordinate domestic transload, drayage, and inbound/outbound logistics and supplier communications.
