Job summary

Falcone Global Solutions, LLC, an industry leader in international transportation and logistics, seeks an International Import & Export Specialist for its Center City Philadelphia innovation center. You will manage air, ocean, and ground shipments with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in international logistics, proficiency with Cargowise/WiseTech, AES filings, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in international transportation and logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required.
• Experience with AES filing and international export documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international and domestic air, ocean, and ground freight across multiple regions with precision.
• Experience with International Export Documentation and AES filing.
• Collaborate with AP, AR, and Operations teams worldwide.
• Maintain shipment data in Falcone Axis/Cargowise module.
• Support additional operational duties as needed.
