• Interface with CEVA systems to provide updates to customers.
• Assist in workstream development of new accounts and maintain client profiles.
• Obtain government agency releases, coordinate delivery and invoicing.
• Process Customs release and delivery of cargo as defined by standards.
• Identify and resolve problems promptly and report to supervisor.
• Continue to improve knowledge of the established system and processes.
• Perform Import/Export Specialist III responsibilities when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
