• PC literate with accurate typing and data entry skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; able to interface with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process documentation for inbound and outbound shipments for the Air and Ocean division.
• Interface with CEVA systems to provide timely updates and communications to customers.
• Assist in workstream development for new accounts; maintain client profiles and documentation.
• Obtain necessary releases, arrange delivery, receipt, and invoicing per standards.
• Identify and resolve issues; communicate findings to supervisors and teams.
