Job summary

Panasonic Avionics Corporation seeks an Import-Export Representative to manage the end-to-end documentation and transport coordination for cross-border shipments. You will ensure compliance with CBP laws, prepare bills of lading and invoices, and communicate across customers, carriers, and warehouse teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and timely updates to reports and Sirius system entries, with overtime potential as needed by the customer.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Interpret and verify documents to ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and support end-to-end import/export processes.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process CBP documentation and transport coordination per laws and company policy.
• Open and manage files with arrival notices, Bills of Lading, and commercial invoices.
• Review invoices and documents for conformity with customs regulations.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and convey status to stakeholders.
• Update and maintain PECSA loading plans and Sirius entries.
• Request approvals and coordinate payments with accounting as needed.
• Ensure accurate filing of all completed files and close out records.
