Job summary

Panasonic Avionics Corporation is seeking a Logistics Specialist to drive global trade operations, end-to-end shipping, and data-driven decisions. You will build KPI dashboards, coordinate cross-functional activities, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Travel is 10–20% as needed. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in logistics, Lean experience, and strong data skills (Power BI, Excel).

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Industrial, Supply Chain Logistics, or Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in Logistics and Operations teams.
• Familiarity with Gartner’s Magic Quadrant industry leading solutions.
• Lean Continuous Improvement experience; certification a plus.
• PMP or ASCM Certifications a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Knowledge of Excel or similar tools for complex data analysis.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like SQL, Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Alteryx, Blue Prism, RPA software.

Responsibilities

• Support end to end trade operations across all modes of shipping and warehouse receiving.
• Lead daily operations stand ups and provide updates to leadership.
• Create stellar presentations and support leadership updates.
• Facilitate communication across logistics-related parties and drive collaboration.
• Build KPI reporting and drive data-based decisions across the team.
• Lead root cause analysis and establish corrective action plans.
• Address shipment delays and support month-end/year-end activities.
• Drive actions from complex datasets to improve performance.
