Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Import/Export Billing Clerk to join our transportation and logistics team in the Boston area.

You will be responsible for accurate and timely billing of import/export shipments, maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards. You will generate invoices, verify supporting documents, coordinate with internal teams, and assist with month-end closing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing or accounting in logistics.
• 2022 or later preferred in import/export operations.
• Familiarity with billing software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Generate and review billing invoices for import/export.
• Record billing details accurately and timely.
• Verify bills of lading, invoices, and customs docs.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized billing records and files.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing and audits.
• Respond to billing inquiries and provide documentation.
