Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics seeks a meticulous Import/Export Billing Clerk to manage accurate and timely billing for shipments, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards. You will work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain detailed records.

The role requires at least 2 years in billing or accounting within logistics, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP/Oracle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in billing or accounting, preferably in transportation and logistics with import/export operations.
• Knowledge of billing processes, documentation requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Familiarity with billing software/systems and MS Office (Excel).
• Experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and review billing invoices for import/export shipments based on contracts and service agreements.
• Record billing information accurately, including shipment details, charges and costs.
• Verify bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs documents for compliance.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain organized billing records and documentation for retrieval.
• Assist with month-end/year-end closing and audits.
