The Implementation Project Manager leads multi-country implementations across EOR and Managed Services, coordinating internal teams, partners, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and seamless transitions to ongoing service delivery.

The role emphasizes strong project management, risk management, and a client-centric approach to deliver an exceptional customer experience across diverse regions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Implementation or Project Manager in a client-facing role.
• Experience with HR, Payroll, Global Employment, Accounting or Entity Management preferred.
• Strong project management, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients on behalf of Safeguard Global and help them understand our products and ecosystem.
• Serve as the primary contact for new and expanding clients during implementation.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects across EOR and Managed Services offerings.
• Create, manage, and maintain detailed multi-workstream project plans.
• Coordinate across internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Oversee client setup, technology adoption, and platform training.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Ensure accurate go-live forecasting and delivery targets.
