Job summary

InComm Payments in Atlanta, GA is seeking an International Implementations Manager to lead multiple international PM projects. You will guide stakeholder expectations, coordinate integrations with partners and retailers, and manage project lifecycles from pre-planning to closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/IT.
• 1+ year in account/project management or product implementations.
• Experience delivering communications and reports to cross-functional management teams.
• Excellent project management skills for multiple complex projects.
• Knowledge of fintech/payments implementations and transaction processing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accountability for international implementations.
• Coordinate partner and retailer integrations.
• Pre-planning, milestone tracking, execution, and lessons learned.
• Operational management of 3rd party processors and retailers.
• Maintain project documentation and artifacts.
• Build dashboards and automate processes using MS Office 365 tools.
• Lead and mentor staff for continual improvement.
• Ensure timely and accurate milestone updates.
