Job summary

InComm Payments seeks an International Implementations Manager to lead delivery of multiple global projects across Sales, Marketing, IT and Operations. You will guide stakeholder teams, mentor staff, and ensure timely, quality deliverables for product implementations and partner integrations.

You will drive documentation, process improvements, and effective communication while coordinating with vendors and retailers to meet strategic needs across regions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Experience in Account Management, Project Management and/or Product Implementations.
  • Experience in software or a technical IT environment.
  • Ability to deliver communications and reports to cross-functional management.
  • Excellent project management skills to lead multiple complex projects.
  • Strong liaison capabilities between external and internal customers.
  • Ability to cope in stressful situations and manage priorities.
  • Knowledge of fintech/payments implementations and transaction processing.
  • Proficiency with MS Flow, Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI and CoPilot.
  • PMP, Six Sigma, Scrum or Agile certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Full end-to-end accountability for international implementations.
  • Coordinate with partners and retailers for integrations.
  • Lead pre-planning, milestones, execution, and lessons learned.
  • Manage third-party processor and retailer relationships as required.
  • Maintain all project documentation and artifacts.
  • Build dashboards and automated processes using MS tools and AI features.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Support internal teams as SME for resolution of tickets.
  • Lead special projects and assignments as needed.
  • Ensure timely milestone updates and issue tracking for continuous improvement.
  • Forecast regional product implementation pipelines with leadership.

About This Opportunity

The International Implementations team supports Sales, Marketing, IT and Operational efforts in a diverse and challenging global business environment.

As an International Implementations Manager (IM), you will be responsible for managing the delivery of multiple small to medium-size projects which require the ability to lead and influence project stakeholders. On larger and more complex strategic projects, the IM may participate as a consultant or subject matter expert in support of traditional IT Project Management resources. The IM may also be responsible for operational management of 3rd Party Processors and InComm Retailers as it relates to Product Implementations.

When supporting Product Implementations and/or Partner Integrations, it is the IM’s responsibility to conduct a wide variety of Project Management activities across multiple internal and external groups to deliver. Typical projects will include high-level, complex requests with high priority and strategic need. IMs are also expected to lead, mentor, and train less seasoned staff to aid in continual improvement and education efforts. IMs are expected to oversee activities to facilitate project workflow in a timely manner and to break down barriers when necessary to assure the needs of InComm Retailers and Partners are met. Project efforts are consistent in approach and are comprised of many repeatable and process driven tasks.

The role will also deliver documentation and process improvements which increase efficiency in the way InComm executes and drives Partner satisfaction. This role will provide a consolidated, single point of service and communication regarding product implementations internally and externally.

Responsibilities
  • Full E2E Accountability for International Implementations
  • Coordination/Assistance with Partner/Retailer Integrations
  • Responsible for Project Pre-Planning, Milestone Tracking, Execution, Oversight, Wrap-Up, and Lessons Learned Activities, as Required
  • Operational Management of 3rd Party Processor and Retailer Relationships, as Required
  • Maintenance of All Project Documentation and Artifacts
  • Build and Maintain Analytical Dashboards and/or Automated Process Flows using MS Office O365 Toolsets including CoPilot and other Generative AI/LLM Technologies, as Required
  • Distribution of Communications to All Stakeholders for Assigned Projects
  • Support Internal Support Teams and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Resolution of Internal Trouble Tickets, as Required
  • Coordinate and Manage All Special Projects or Miscellaneous Assignments, as Required
  • Ensure All Milestone Updates are Timely, Accurate, and Informative
  • Utilize Scheduling and Forecasting Toolsets to Reduce Escalations & Increase Throughput
  • Build Rapport with Business Teams Globally to Enable Effective Communication and Collaboration
  • Promote Idea Generation and Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
  • Track and Log Issues, Roadblocks, and Highlights to be reviewed in Search of Continuous Improvement
  • Spearhead Efforts to Maintain and Regularly Update on Retailer and Partner Level Implementation Requirements
  • Assist Leadership in Forecasting Regional Product Implementation Pipeline
  • Act as SME in Various Areas of Business
  • Identify System Updates and Configurations, as Required
  • Ensure Timely & Accurate Delivery of Projects/Products

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of Experience Working in Account Management, Project Management and/or Product Implementations in a Relevant Industry and/or Setting
  • 1+ years in Software or Technical IT Environment
  • Experience in Delivering Communications and Reports to Cross-Functional Management Teams
  • Excellent Project Management Skills to Successfully Lead and Manage Multiple Complex Projects Simultaneously
  • Demonstrated Ability to Successfully Act as the Liaison between External and Internal Customers while Maintaining a High-Level of Client Satisfaction
