Job summary

Vanteo is seeking an Immigration Specialist to join the Visa Processing, DOL team. You will draft Labor Certifications for submission with the Department of Labor, communicate with clients on case progress, and manage a high-volume caseload.

The role supports sponsoring foreign workers through EB-3 Unskilled programs and collaborates with attorneys and staff across departments. Some college or associate degree preferred, with 1+ year in a related immigration role.

Qualifications

• Some College/Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year work experience in a similar position.
• Prior experience with Employment Based or immigration programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients on case progress and manage client relationships.
• Help guide clients through the entire immigration process.
• Draft and file Labor Certifications with the Department of Labor.
• Create audit files.
• Submit audit responses to the Department of Labor.
• Draft and file Prevailing Wage Determinations.
• Make revisions to drafted forms after attorney review.
• Assist in assigned administrative recruitment tasks.
• Meet deadlines and communicate case progress/issues to the manager or attorney.
• Manage a high-volume caseload and meet KPIs.
• Ensure data integrity and assist in data audit projects.
• Work collaboratively with managers, attorneys, and support staff.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
