Qualifications

• Some College/Associates degree preferred.
• 1+ year of work experience in a similar position.
• Prior experience with Employment Based or similar Immigration programs preferred.
• Strong client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients on case progress and manage client relationships.
• Draft Labor Certifications for submission with the Department of Labor.
• Create and maintain audit files.
• Submit audit responses to the Department of Labor.
• Draft and file Prevailing Wage Determinations.
• Meet deadlines and communicate progress to manager/attorney.
• Manage a high-volume caseload and KPIs.
• Collaborate with managers, attorneys, and support staff.
