Responsibilities

Job description

The Immigration Specialist (IS) will join the Visa Processing, DOL team, which is responsible for helping U.S. employers alleviate their chronic labor shortage by sponsoring foreign workers through the EB-3 Unskilled program. The IS will draft Labor Certifications (LCs) for submission with the Department of Labor, communicate with clients on case progress, and manage a high-volume caseload.Duties/ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with clients on case progress and manage client relationships.
