Job summary

Artech Information Systems LLC seeks an experienced Immigration Manager in Morristown, NJ, Hybrid, to streamline immigration processes and reduce risk across the organization. This leader will work with Business Unit Leaders and Operations to provide subject matter expertise and strategic support to clients.

The role oversees both non-immigrant and immigrant visa processes, collaborates with external law firms, and guides a team across global operations to ensure timely, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of hands-on US immigration experience (H-1, L-1, TN, E-3, O visas, STEM OPT, CPT, EAD).
• Experience coordinating with virtual teams in US and India.
• Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and influencing with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for leaders within Business and Operations teams and liaise with immigration law firms.
• Oversee non-immigrant and immigrant visa processes (H-1, L-1, TN, E-3, O visas, PERM, I-140, I-485) and compliance.
• Manage relationships with outside immigration service providers and ensure program execution.
• Develop and implement immigration program strategy aligned with business needs and service goals.
• Produce status reports, metrics, and update stakeholders regularly.
• Research cross-border visa regulations (Canada, Mexico) and assist hiring strategy.
• Ensure SLAs, LCA filings, and petition initiations meet timelines and quality.
