Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of US immigration experience.
• Experience managing a large US immigration program.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• LEAN methodologies preferred.
• Strong vendor management and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Airbus’ U.S. immigration operations, including initiations, expirations, renewals, file closings, PERM processes, and liaising with employees and internal stakeholders.
• Effectively implement immigration vendor’s central case management database to manage cases.
• Maintain accurate records of all cases in case management systems.
• Coordinate meetings with employees, HRBPs, and leadership for case discussions and opinions.
• Generate reports and dashboards to analyze program performance and drive continuous improvements.
