Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking an Immigration Support Specialist to partner with candidates, employees, supervisors, and legal counsel to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. You will support the global mobility program and provide guidance on visa and residency processes.

The role requires collaboration with HR and external counsel, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information on-site at the Phoenix facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of immigration or HR experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with immigration laws, processes, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee immigration programs and assist foreign nationals with procedures to ensure compliance.
• Provide responses to immigration inquiries and resolve issues per legal standards.
• Collaborate with HR to define visa, residency, and documentation requirements within deadlines.
• Deliver legal services support and ensure accurate processing for individuals and firms.
• Act as the interface for immigration processes within the global mobility team.
