Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking an Immigration Support Specialist to ensure smooth processing of immigration and visa applications on-site in Phoenix. You will coordinate with candidates, employees, supervisors, and legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The role supports HR and global mobility operations, providing essential guidance on non-immigrant and immigrant visa processes and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required.
Preferred 2–4 years of experience in immigration or HR roles.
Proficiency with Google Applications and Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee immigration programs and assist foreign nationals with procedures to ensure legal compliance.
Provide responses to immigration inquiries and resolve issues per legal standards.
Collaborate with HR to advise on visa, residency, and documentation timelines.
Coordinate with external firms to manage visa status, reports, and processes.
Guide hiring managers through PERM recruitment while ensuring DOL compliance.
Design dashboards and reports tracking immigration metrics and programs.
