Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking an Immigration Support Specialist to streamline immigration and visa processing for candidates, employees, supervisors, and legal counsel, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and agency regulations. The role partners with HR and global mobility to manage non-immigrant and immigrant visa cases, PERM recruitment, case documentation, and reporting.

The position will coordinate with external counsel to prepare petitions and maintain audit readiness,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2-4 years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee immigration programs and assist foreign nationals with immigration procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Coordinate with HR teams to recommend visa, permanent residency, and other documentation within specified timeframes.
• Administer delivery of legal services to individuals and firms, ensuring efficient processing.
• Liaise with external immigration counsel to facilitate case initiation and filing with USCIS and DOL.
• Guide hiring managers through the PERM recruitment process and maintain audit files.
