Job summary

Jabil, a global manufacturing solutions provider, seeks a Senior IT Manager to lead identity, authentication and collaboration platforms. This role oversees IAM, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory and related services, coordinating cross‑functional teams and sustaining secure, scalable operations worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with 10+ years enterprise IT exp.
• Strong leadership for global IAM, collaboration, and security initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of identity/authentication technologies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define global strategy and roadmap for IAM, collaboration, and authentication.
• Lead end-to-end operational accountability across IAM, M365, Entra ID and AD.
• Coordinate service delivery teams and establish priorities and roadmaps.
• Align with networking, servers, storage and cloud strategies.
• Drive platform modernization and retirement of legacy tech.
• Translate business needs into secure, scalable platform capabilities.
• Improve reliability, user experience, automation and cost efficiency.
• Oversee identity lifecycle, joiner/mover/leaver processes.
• Ensure reliable delivery of SSO, MFA, federation and directory services.
• Support privileged access and identity governance capabilities.
• Maintain robust controls for service accounts and integrations.
• Ensure identity services are auditable and resilient globally.
• Collaborate with HR, InfoSec, and application teams for provisioning.
