Janus Henderson Group seeks a senior Identity Security leader to guide IAM, governance and lifecycle management across the United States and United Kingdom with potential regional expansion. You will oversee identity lifecycle, access requests, privileged access and AI Agent Governance, while driving automation and continuous improvement.

You will partner with Security, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Audit and HR to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions, reporting to leadership and shaping

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of IAM or Identity Security experience.
• At least 2 years of direct people leadership experience.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams across time zones.
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management and access governance.
• Experience driving automation to improve controls and service delivery.
• Knowledge of AI Agent Governance risks and controls.
• Experience with audit, compliance and operational risk in Identity Security.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop IAM teams in US and UK, supporting expansion.
• Provide leadership for identity governance, lifecycle, access requests and certifications.
• Lead AI Agent Governance development, including authentication and least- privilege access.
• Drive automation to reduce manual effort and improve user experience.
• Set priorities, performance expectations and accountability; support staff development.
• Partner with security, risk, HR and stakeholders to deliver secure identity solutions.
• Oversee roadmaps, service performance, risks and reporting to leadership.
• Promote ownership, collaboration, and operational discipline.
