Job summary

Jabil is seeking a technically strong Senior IT Manager to lead identity, authentication and collaboration platforms across IT Operations globally. You will drive strategy, governance and modernization for IAM, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Active Directory, coordinating with service delivery teams to enable secure, scalable global operations.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or engineering and 10+ years in enterprise IT.
• Strong leadership and governance experience across IAM and collaboration platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AD, SSO, MFA and security controls.

• Define and execute global strategy for IAM, collaboration and authentication.
• Oversee platform modernization, automation and incident management.
