Job summary

Jabil seeks a senior IT manager to lead identity, authentication and collaboration platforms across IT Operations. You will oversee IAM, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AD and related services to enable secure access and productive global operations.

Strong collaboration with HR, Security, and manufacturing teams is essential. The role requires ten-plus years in enterprise IT, leadership experience, and a proven track record in platform modernization, automation and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline required.
• Ten or more years of enterprise IT experience with leadership in service delivery.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Deep IDM knowledge: IAM, SSO, MFA, federation and governance.
• Experience collaborating with HR, security, OT and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global strategy and roadmap for identity, authentication and collaboration platforms.
• Provide end-to-end accountability across IAM, Microsoft 365 and related services.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and align priorities, roadmaps and dependencies.
• Lead platform modernization, automation and security enhancements.
• Drive incident management, change control and operational excellence.
