Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee a large DoD defensive cyber program, coordinating schedule, risk, and performance across multiple vendors.

You will report to the government PMO, prepare monthly MSR and PMR, manage budgets, and ensure RMF/ATO compliance while translating complex status into executive reports. Candidates should have 10+ years in DoD programs, PMP, and Agile leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management for large‑scale DoD or enterprise IT/cyber programs.
• 5+ years managing TS/SCI programs and Agile/DevSecOps transformations.
• Experience with RMF/ATO, IPMDAR, CSDR, and complex DoD modernization.
• Strong ability to translate technical status into executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall execution of a large DoW Defensive Cyber Program as enterprise orchestrator and senior point of accountability.
• Report to Government PMO; prepare IMS, MSR, and PMR and review cost and performance metrics.
• Coordinate subcontractor management, security clearance flows, and executive‑level reporting.
