Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Manager of I&C Engineering and Global Growth to lead the global expansion of Instrumentation & Control. You will coordinate with GICP Production, Global Supply Chain, and Project Delivery to drive strategic initiatives.

Based at our Warrendale, PA facility, this mobile role requires on-site presence 2–3 days per week and travel as needed. You will report to the Sr.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
Minimum 8 years of strong and progressively more responsible leadership experience.
Deep knowledge of Instrumentation and Control equipment.
High degree of process orientation and experience in applying process improvement to workflow optimization.
Planning/logistic and project management experience; familiarity with manufacturing facilities' operational needs and regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage strategic activities to develop and execute a global Instrumentation & Control (I&C) expansion model.
Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate expansion model.
Establish and track schedule, budget, key deliverables and metrics for timely delivery.
Perform strategic analyses of upcoming I&C demand and supply capabilities.
Develop detailed capacity modification plans and implementation cost models.
Support Transformation Initiatives and other business improvement activities.
Travel domestically and internationally as required.
Provide leadership during execution of strategic changes or consolidations.
Solve or mitigate issues of moderate complexity.
Demonstrate sound manufacturing and business knowledge using approved processes.
Manage work to terms, scope; track progress and maintain a questioning attitude.
