Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Manager I&C Field Services to lead field services operations, directing engineers and technicians supporting projects, digital upgrades, and Ovation installations. The role reports to the Sr Director of Specialty Outage & Maintenance Services and is based in New Stanton with a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in the office) and up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering/leadership roles.
• Background in I&C Basic Services and digital upgrades preferred.
• Ability to oversee project activities and manage opportunities and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead the I&C Field Services group and oversee field projects across the Americas.
• Support proposal development to secure contracts with healthy margins.
• Provide leadership for field project managers and ensure equipment maintenance and delivery.
• Analyze contract requirements and develop deliverables for program success and customer satisfaction.
• Drive profitable growth and align culture with safety, customer focus, and innovation.
• Develop strategy and succession plans to ensure bench strength within the organization.
